The reducers for non-ferrous metals are the transmission equipments which can machine aluminum, copper, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metal, the main feature is to meet the required torque and speed through reduction ratio while rolling. they includes the main drive reducers of single stand rolling, hot continues rolling , decoiler /coiler and so on according to the technical process.

we have manufactured lots of main drive reducers and reducers of decoiler and coiler for Shanghai Sapa 1750 hot rolling, Wuxi Yenbang 1450 hot-rolling, Luomu 850 warm Molybdenum rolling, Chinalco Luoyang Copper 1000 hot rolling , Shanghai Datun 2400 hot rolling, Sweden Sapa 1700 hot rolling, Turkey1600 straightening and withdrawal , Nigeria 1500 cold rolling, Chinalco Luoyang Coppe 850 roughing and intermediate of copper strips,Shanghai Huafeng 1550 cold rolling, Guangdong Dongyangguang Aluminum 1650 hot rolling, Anhui Jingcheng 700 hot rolling of copper strips, Nanping Aluminum 1550 Finishing rolling off the, and also provide the main drive gearboxes for Chinalco Ruimin 2300 hot-rolling project.
